Sitting in Caffe Nero, supposedly doing the first draft of my next novel (working title What to Wear to Your Best Friend's Funeral), and I thought I'd tell you a bit more about the SSG activity with mumsnet.
Click on the link on the homepage and it will take you through to the Stepmothers' Support Group site in association with mumsnet. You can also find the Stepmums support group on mumsnet via the step-parenting forum or just put www.stepmotherssupportgroup.com into your browser - easy!
There's a competition to win Selfridges vouchers and the chance to receive early copies of the book to discuss with other mumsnetters, but more importantly the step-parenting forum on mumsnet is brilliant and well worth a look for any stepmums who need a friendly ear.
